Shumba Africa is an online store that ships to Zimbabwe.

We provide home delivery to Zimbabwe through either our own courier, third party couriers, and customers can also elect to pick up goods purchased. A delivery charge is applicable depending on weight, dimensions, distance or destination.

Shumba Africa enables varying merchants to sell their products on the marketplace. Each vendor maintains its own shipping policies, which are displayed on a product basis.

For Zone 1, the vendor ZW Direct (one-day delivery) and other vendors assigned the one-day tag, offer free shipping on purchases of USD $99.99 and above. For any amount below that, you can pay a flat rate fee of USD $9.99 or you can pick-up at your nearest local store.

For Zone 2, our vendor ZW Direct (one-day delivery) and other vendors assigned the one-day tag, offer free shipping on purchases of USD $149.99 and above. For any amount below that, you can pay a flat rate fee of USD $9.99 or you can pick-up at your nearest local store.

Our featured vendor, SA Direct (Seven Day Delivery), offers free shipping for Harare and Kadoma customers only. However, depending on product dimensions (e.g., fridges, freezers) and purchase value, cities such as Norton, Ruwa, Marondera, and Chitungwiza can receive deliveries.

Typical delivery time with for our local carrier (ZW) is 1 – 3 business days. Costs will be shown during the checkout process.

Typical delivery time with for our featured carrier (SA) is 7 – 10 days. Costs will be shown during the checkout process.

We are currently not shipping outside of Zimbabwe.

Delivery Policy

All products purchased or ordered through the Website www.shumba.africa shall be delivered as per the delivery time and shall be specifically mentioned for each product sold on the marketplace.

All the products purchased or ordered through the Website shall be delivered based on the location entered by You while completing the purchase or order. Delivery shall be made by our own courier, or third party vendors. Then the delivery details including, but not limited to the estimated time of delivery, shipping, notifications etc. shall be provided by the courier or third party vendor. In such events, Paystream Global LTD, and website www.shumba.africa shall not be liable, or responsible in whatsoever manner.

In case an order is placed through the website www.shumba.africa, we shall notify You via email (using the email address linked to your account) including the details of your order delivery options.
